1. Our schedule fills up quickly!! Please book your order AT LEAST two weeks prior to your event. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept orders with less than two weeks notice. We will do our best to accommodate as many orders as we can, but we can only take on so many orders each week. We recommend booking ASAP!! 
P.S. If we happen to be booked for your date, we have some other great bakers that we will be happy to refer you to! 

2. An order is not considered "booked" until we receive ALL order details. In order for us to put an order on our schedule we require the following information: 
Time and address for delivery (or pickup)
Phone number
Flavors
Email address for invoicing
Deposit (see number 3)

This information will be sent in an invoice via email. Please review the invoice for accuracy and let us know of any changes ASAP.

3. Deposits are required for
ALL orders. A deposit guarantees your spot for your event date. A deposit of at least 50% is due within 48 hours of receipt of your invoice. Any deposits not paid by the due date will result in the invoice being cancelled and your spot forfeited. The remaining balance is due ONE WEEK prior to your event. We will be unable to complete your order if full payment is not received by the due date. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation comes 30 days prior to the event date. 

4. We understand that circumstances may change from the date of booking and will gladly make changes to your order. Please make sure all order details are finalized
AT LEAST one week prior to your event. This includes cake sizes and flavors.

5. Communication is key! Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns! We will be available to chat during our posted business hours (TUES - SAT 10-6, CLOSED SUN & MON.) If you think of something during non-business hours, shoot us a message and we will get back to you the next business day. Please note that Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays are our busiest days and we may take a little longer to respond. Rest assured that we are not ignoring you, but sometimes it's a little difficult to type with icing all over our fingers!
